Refunds, Returns and Exchanges


We want you to enjoy your clothes for years to come so we give you 60 days to make sure they’re right for you.  We just ask that they’re sent back to us in their original condition with tags attached so we can offer them to someone else rather than having to dispose of them.

That said, since we’re here to offer a sustainable choice, we’d love to limit the amount of shipping and packaging we use.  So, we’d ask you to try to check the exact measurements of our clothes before you order and to try to avoid ordering more items than you know you need.  That way there’ll be fewer vans driving around and less cardboard to be recycled, which is ace.

Please note we’re a small business and will answer your questions as quickly as we can but it may take longer to deal with some issues - especially if we need to get answers from our third-party partners.

 

UK Returns & Exchanges

We offer free returns in the UK.

Simply write to us at returns@uncompromised.store within 60 days of receiving your items from the email address you used to place your order and let us know your order number, your reason for returning the item (so we can learn about any issues we should improve upon) and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange.  We’ll then send you a returns label and details on where you can drop your package.

Once we get the package we’ll make sure the clothes are in their original condition with tags attached.  We aim to do this within 5 working days and then, once the return is accepted, we’ll either issue a refund (including the standard delivery charge if applicable) to your original payment method or, subject to availability, send out the requested exchange.  Please note funds can take 5 to 10 days to appear. If the clothes are no longer in their original condition and we cannot accept the return then we will contact you and offer to send them back to you at your cost.

International Returns & Exchanges

For international returns the cost is the responsibility of the customer. For returns we will refund the cost of standard delivery (if applicable) but not any duties that may have been paid.

We cannot be responsible for lost mail.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when you get it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can work out what went wrong and make it right.
